Cenciarini & Co. was established in 1998 by Renzo A. Cenciarini, a professor of Corporate Finance in the Finance and Real Estate Department of SDA Bocconi School of Management, and an expert on Private Equity and Corporate Restructuring.

Since its foundation, the company has made a number of investments in different business sectors with highly successful outcomes. The skills developed through our investment activity help us face the challenges of innovation with the necessary competence.
